Working approach
Intake
Defining the task and what needs to be achieved
The intake will make clear what kind of leadership or consulting is needed in the given situation. The intake is also about whether I can add value in the situation under review. Based on the intake, I provide a quotation describing the assignment as I see it and the conditions necessary to fulfill the task.
Analysis
Understanding the situation and the approach needed
Once the task has been assigned, I start with my personal orientation and analysis. How this phase will be designed largely depends on the type of assignment. I describe the framework of the assignment in more detail together with a proposal for targets, approach and planning. Generally this will take 1-2 weeks.
Execution
Within the agreed framework, I operate within my standards of leadership. When the situation requires operating outside of the box, I involve and consult with the customer. During the execution of the contract, periodic meetings are scheduled to report and review progress.
My intention is to stay on board “until it works” or as long as I add value. Whichever comes first.
Evaluation
After completion, an evaluation of the assignment is scheduled to ensure that the task has been completed in a satisfactory manner.
