Frans Bosman, owner

 

My name is Frans Bosman (1959), owner of FJ Bosman Interim. I hold a BSc in Structural Engineering and a BBa in Business Administration. I have 30 years global management experience of which 25 years in the international capital goods industry in which +/- 10 years as interim manager/troubleshooter.

I have held a variety of senior management and expatriate positions in the Consumer Products Manufacturing (Ceteco International, 5 yrs), Automotive (Pon Holdings, 6 yrs) and Materials Handling Industries (MCFE, manufacturer of Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklifts, 18 yrs).

I have delivered in both operations and in support roles in Strategy Development, S&OP, Marketing Operations, Customer Service and After Sales Operations in the Netherlands and several years on overseas assignments.  I have lived outside of the Netherlands for over 18 years and worked professionally in 8 countries in 4 different continents.  I speak English, Dutch and Spanish fluently.  I enjoy working in multicultural environments and I have developed the ability to inspire and motivate people with and without having formal authority.

I have the capability to deal with different cultures, to revitalize organizations and to lift them to a higher level.  I am a performance driven leader with above-average analytical skills and I enjoy working with people to create transparent and efficient business processes.  I am tenacious, enthusiastic and I promote an energizing and fun-working environment.
