My vision…my passion
After having worked in various Senior Management positions in fixed employment over the last +/- 30 years there was need for a change. In my career I learned that 85% of executive management is content with their strategy but only 20% is satisfied with the execution. Ineffective, costly and a waste of time, money and motivation. However…
… waste is the trigger for my passion to improve…
I have been active as troubleshooter/interim manager for +/- 10 years with stimulating and rewarding assignments. To me, new and erratic situations are inspiring. My passion is to pioneer into new work environments with puzzling tasks. To eliminate waste, to assess what needs mending and to respectfully keep what works. To design simple and effective business processes and to give hands-on leadership to improvements. To (re-)vitalize people and to build rewarding work environments.
I enjoy being a co-author of strategic developments, to provoke and promote out of the box thinking and to simulate alternative business cases. And then, after the analytical preparations come to an end…, the real work starts; the actual implementation. This is when the adrenaline flows abundantly, this is where I stretch my own boundaries, this is where I want to be…
This is my passion. This is what I do best. Going forward as an independent interim manager was the logical next step.
FJ Bosman Interim was founded in 2014. Something I have always wanted to do.
